Upon your arrival at the resort, your personal journey toward greater well-being begins with a detailed consultation with our experienced Ayurveda doctor. Your constitution (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), past complaints, and current needs are carefully assessed. This is followed by a soothing synchronized massage that gently prepares body and mind and helps you settle in.
Throughout your entire stay, our Ayurveda doctor Dr. Nihal is always available to guide you, monitors the progress of your retreat, and individually adjusts treatments, nutrition, and herbal medication so that your body, mind, and energy are harmonized step by step.

After about five days, a gentle cleansing day follows, detoxifying the body and optimally preparing it for the more intensive treatments.
Depending on your plan, around 2 hours of treatments are scheduled:
Two shorter treatments (around 30 minutes each), such as foot, hand, or head massages
One main treatment, for example a deeply relaxing synchronized massage that loosens muscles, releases tension, and calms the nervous system

Most treatment sessions last around 2 hours and combine shorter applications of about 30 minutes each with one main treatment such as the synchronized massage.
